Still on track!

I am now into my 7th week of my body for life program, I started on christmas day 2012 at 103kg and now weigh 97kg.
(I keep a fat photo of myself on my phone as a visual reminder - now I show it to my mates as they don't believe I was quite big before) It has taken a while but I was just adjusting my weight tracker and realized I have nearly lost 100 lbs - My original top weight was 306 lbs and this is the first time I've gone below 98kg and my waist has gone below 40 inches - what a buzz!
Since joining the gym I have been out of town working quite a bit but I take my dumbbells and ankle/wrist weights along with me and my exercise ball to use as my bench. Whenever I am back in town I go to the gym at least every second day. It seems to be working okay.
My goal is to get down to 140lbs by September when I go back to NZ for a holiday - can't wait ... I am still clean eating but following the body for life program and have adjusted it to suit me and my lifestyle.
P.s. I'm feeling great, much, much healthier and a lot more confident than I have been for years and the best thing is my family back home and over here (mum and dad) are all getting into becoming healthier as well - I'm so glad I never completely gave up on myself!!!
