My reasons for wanting to lose weight.
#1 - Definitely my body's health. I want to feel healthy and get rid of all the stomach ailments I get after eating certain foods. I want my hair, skin, nails and eyes to be as healthy and vibrant as possible.
#2 - Self Esteem. I want to feel confident about my appearance.
#3 - Fitness. I am losing my strength as I age. I want to get back my stamina and build up my muscles. Hmmm, I am also starting to get a puffy face with little jowls. Those need to go and I will be adding in some facial exercises too.
#4 - My nervous system. I want to stop clenching my teeth and feeling stressed all the time. I think getting back into exercise will help, plus I need to sleep more than I do and actually feel rested.
#5 - I am hoping that in the future, hopefully this summer, I will feel energetic enough to go hiking every week out in nature.
I can't wait for the end of the Challenge and see how I look and feel after having accomplished these goals. I want to Shine!
