For the Winter 5% Challenge...
I commit to exercising a minimum of 10 mins a day and hopefully much more. I will take it slow and not get injured this time over the 8 weeks!
I commit to following the Blood Type diet for type O's. I am having lots of tummy distress and this diet will require me to give up wheat, milk and potatoes among other other things. I know these foods cause problems for my digestion and health, but I seem to be addicted to them. Hopefully in 8 weeks I will be feeling much better.
I commit to recording my weight each Saturday during the challenge and also my exercise and Living the Good Life points on my team page each day. I will read and comment on fellow challenger blogs as I have time.
I am getting excited and am ready to start this challenge and I plan on meeting my 5% weight loss goal this time around.
