Hello guys and gals.
I had a long day at work and considering I got a holiday day today, I don't have to work tonight. I know it is real late for my blog but I wanted to give you guys and update on my journey.
I am finding it hard to eat snacks and my meals with my schedule changing so much, not to mention not having snacks in the pantry right now. I have ran out of ideas for cooking dinner. I can cook chicken burritos just so much, until it gets old. I made beef tacos today, not much of a change. I make a lot of chicken and I wish I had more ways to fix it, but I will manage. I guess I am in my first slump. I have made it over a month without a soda and I have not craved any either.
Now I want to talk about my exercise. I have found myself going to the YMCA mostly to play racquetball. The tracker says that racquetball: casual burns up about 1000 calories for 60 mins of play. I guess the fun I have playing just does not let me realize it, but just in case I think I am going to get me a heart monitor that tells me calories too. Then maybe I will feel better about playing racquetball, than running, or cycling.
I did measure myself yesterday and I lost almost 4 inches total throughout my body. It is amazing to see the progress.
I have not been feeling like blogging the last couple of days. So I think I will take a little break. I wont be able to blog when I go to New Mexico Thursday -Saturday. I am sorry for not posting my usual God's word, I just do not feel moved to study today. Please pray for me as I am struggling a little today. More so than usual. Not with anything serious, I just don't have enough time in the day for the things I want and need to do, and it could be I am just sleepy due to working last night and only getting 3 hrs sleep today.
