I couldn' t be happier when I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale. I don t step on it too often as usually my clothes tell me if I ve lost weight or not. I m under 64 kg. I don t remember weighting less than 65 since the beginning of highschool ( and that was 10 years ago !). The best thing is that I m not even driving myself crazy dieting like I used to. I just follow sparkpeople advice, I m careful about what I eat and I exercise.
This is a great news to start to my day, and gives me so much more motivation to see that it all pays off.
