Goals for the Week of Feb 4-10

Last Week:

1 - 20 minutes of cardio each night I hit the gym.
2 - 6 fruits/veggies each day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Celebrate a victory everyday. (NOT scale related)
5 - Read 1-2 books this week.
6 - Do something with all of my clothes.

How I Did:

1 - Nailed it.
2 - 3/7 days. Ugh.
3 - 2/7 days. Terrible.
4 - Got into some jeans I hadn't been able to. Size 16. WOOT!
5 - Done!
6 - Three bags gone! Still a lot to go though...


This Week:

    Yeah! for the jeans!! Way to go on the goal setting. I did it last week and had success--- thanks to you!!!

    Congrats on the goals you did achieve! And getting into a pair of smaller jeans, that is awesome! I can totally relate to that feeling! (Find myself trying on smaller pairs, hoping they will fit...)
