Day 1 of 30

So I did really well today... I measured myself and did mini work outs all through out the day. I did almost a total of 30 min. of light cardio in the gym this morning. Then I did the Pop Pilates calendar entry for Feb 1st. Which was a lot of core and some cardio. Not too bad all in all proud of the working out portion. I did good with my calories... until the end of the night.... I wanted a second glass of wine (I allowed myself one and counted it into my calories). I decided I worked hard enough for the second glass then it all went down hill from there. I had a 100 calorie bag of almonds... 100 calorie bag of chips... 150 calorie container of hummus... some carrots... a 60 calorie gummy thing... and 5 small m & m cookies.... sigh... This is what I do... thank goodness I mainly keep junk out of my house the gummy thing is an all natural fruit chew, but the m & m cookies were from a fundraiser. Sigh... I did decide to have 1 high calorie day a week so instead of being upset about screwing up the first day I think I'll just call this my high calorie day =)
So that's my thoughts... that's how it all went down...
