Down a pound and still 2 days to go!!

Like the title says I'm down a pound and still have 2 days to go until weigh in! I'm happy about my one pound....I had a rough start to the week but trying to make up for it! I think I'm doing pretty good. This morning I had a light yogurt and it was actually pretty good. I'm not a big yogurt fan but I thought I would get 2 and see. Of course I got the flavored ones...plain is too sour to me. But I think I've found a new once in a while light meal to go along with fruit or a piece of toast or something. Anyways, I didn't get in exercise neck somehow got outta joint and it was like that since Sunday and I was in severe pain. I finally got it back in place this evening and I'm glad to say feel much much better!! emoticon I have to have to have to, do housework tomorrow! My parents come in a couple of weeks and I'm soo not ready for them...they kinda do inspection when they come out and if it's not to their liking then they start cleaning and it makes me feel bad....I want to impress them and let them relax when they come out instead of doing MY work! I love my parents they just can be over bearing sometimes... I'll always be their little girl I guess... which is ok most of the time. haha I hope to get in a walk sometime tomorrow too! Busy day with church at night too..but it'll be a good day! I hope everybody else has a great day too!! God bless! Happy SParking!!

    We eat yogurt almost every day. It's so good for you. It's got a lot of protein in it, especially Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has a little stronger taste though, my kids don't like it. Little changes are great. Keep up the good work.

My mom is the same way, except wayyyy more OCD. Once I thought I had my house perfect, she came over and mopped under my area rug in my living room.. the one place i didn't even think about... because its UNDER a rug all day. Eventually I just gave up and let her do something when she comes, it makes her feel like she is still taking care of me in one aspect, so i feel like its a win-win

    Good work on the weight loss. Yogurt is one of my favorite items for breakfast, lunch, supper, snack, etc. We have a dairy in our area that makes the best raspberry yogurt. I even dream about it. If you learn to like it, it is a great way to get satisfying protein with not many calories.
