Not sure which is more of a challenge: working on food intake, water intake, and exercise or trying to figure out how to maneuver around this site when I'm Far from computer savvy. But at last I've stumbled into the blog entry where I can say I've had my triumphs and then not so good. Tracking my food is very helpful; I've been amazed at the sodium content! My dog and I are doing much better at walking each day--a half hour again today, but my water intake wasn't so good. Ah, well, tomorrow is another day to listen to the birds singing that spring is coming soon.
