"I don't quit"

That's what I say to myself when I'm getting tired at the gym. Or when I make a bad choice with food....
I don't quit.
Today I hit over 11,000 steps. I said "Don't quit" a few times. When I think about how sedentary I've been, 11,000 steps seems like its the moon. Tonight, I realized I can do this. I can lose this weight. I can be physically fit.
We all can.
