I went to the gym twice today and I feel awesome.
my first trip was:
30 minutes on the eliptical
then 30 minute son machines trading off with another wsls contestant
12 mins on the treadmill
2nd trip was:
60 minutes of body combat
then I came home and did my 30 minutes of lower body strength training
I am feeling amazing. I actually had 5 1/2 hrs of sleep last night. My breathing has eased up. I sweated I mean I really sweated; as much as I hate sweat it felt GREAT
I have talked to a few of the wsls contestants to c about getting together to do a workout or 2. I know we are competing against each other BUT I want everyone to succeed and I feel that if u workout w someone u get a better workout.
Well laptop is going dead so thats all for the night
