A New Short Term Weight Loss Goal

I am going on a road trip with my son to go camping in the Redwood National Park during spring break. I want to do alot of hiking and stuff so I want to have better endurance.
My goal is to lost 18 pounds by March 29, 2013. That is about 2 pounds a week.
I am starting a Les Mills Body Pump tomorrow . It is a weight lig=fting class that is one hour long. I used to do it a few years ago and loved how strong I got!
