Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight.
1 - To be healthier.
2 - To lower my blood pressure.
3 - To be able to buy "normal" clothes.
4 - To LOOK better.
What do you want to change?
1 - My overall attitude towards food. Food is nourishment, not a reward, a comfort, a friend, etc.
2 - The amount of exercise I get.
How do you want to look?
1 - Hot lol :)
2 - I want to be able to rock a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Seriously, that's been my goal for ages.
How do you want to feel?
1 - Comfortable in my skin.
2 - Like I can run and play and not be tired.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
1 - The same things I do now, but without getting so tired out.
2 - Whatever I want!
3 - And oh how I hate to admit this because it stings...but here goes. I have been scared to go to the amusement park with my kids the past couple of years because I am terrified I wouldn't fit on the rides. I can remember three years ago standing in line and looking at other people to see if someone bigger than me got on and was able to ride. I can also remember yanking down on a strap HARD so it would come down and fit. I could barely breathe! I want to be able to ride whatever ride I want and not have to worry about fitting!
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
1 - To be more patient.
2 - To be more tolerant.
3 - To have a better sleep schedule.
