another Tuesday

So, yesterday was an awesome start to the Spring Challenge, 8 weeks, wow, 8 weeks, and I'm all for it! It started off with a 30 minute bike ride in the morning, which is something I look forward to every morning. Today however, is a ride in the afternoon because my cycling buddy was busy in the morning. So, we're doing our loop this afternoon, and I will definitely do my strength training afterwards.

Dinner last night was Asian stirfry prawns with rice. I didn't eat very much, as the weather was extremely hot, and all I was doing the whole day was drinking lot and lots of water - pretty much like today!

Anyway, here's looking forward to carrying on with my Exercise, Water intake and Eating Healthy...same as I have done before, but this time, hopefully better and consistently for the next couple of weeks.

    Good Job on the biking and eating Julie.
    Today was warmer here which we appreciate. It got up to 11 degree's above zero.
    Two mornings ago it was -35 degree's. I just have had my fill of that temp.
    I hope your spring challenge goes well. I didn't join any as my work schedule is just too crazy. If I can keep up with the water aerobics and walking I think I'll be alright doing it on my own.
    Once the snow melts it would be real fun to get back on the bike.

    Grats on the drinking too, I struggle with drinking enough water, I really love unsweetened tea and I tend to drink that more.

    So glad we are on the same challenge team again, we are going to rock it! emoticon
