So, yesterday was an awesome start to the Spring Challenge, 8 weeks, wow, 8 weeks, and I'm all for it! It started off with a 30 minute bike ride in the morning, which is something I look forward to every morning. Today however, is a ride in the afternoon because my cycling buddy was busy in the morning. So, we're doing our loop this afternoon, and I will definitely do my strength training afterwards.
Dinner last night was Asian stirfry prawns with rice. I didn't eat very much, as the weather was extremely hot, and all I was doing the whole day was drinking lot and lots of water - pretty much like today!
Anyway, here's looking forward to carrying on with my Exercise, Water intake and Eating Healthy...same as I have done before, but this time, hopefully better and consistently for the next couple of weeks.
