not meeting calories

What do I do if I have a difficult time meeting my calories. Sometimes I just can not meet them when I am eating properly. I become full off of all the food I am eating. If it is an issue I could get a hi calorie snack but I don't want to. So what am I to do?

    If you are using the low or non-fat version of a lot of foods you may want to consider using the regular. I am referring to items such as cheese, yogurt, 2% milk if you are using skim, salad dressing. Another option wiould be to snack on nuts which carry more calories but they also provide healthy oils. I add a teaspoon of olive oil to some of my foods which increases the calorie count as well as providing that dose of healthy oil such as sprinkling over roasted veggies, adding to salads, soups, etc. Hope some of these ideas help.
