I love it!! What can I say... I drank that Kool-Aid. My husband has been doing it for a few years and I never understood how anyone could workout so hard to the point where they were going to lose their lunch. I started Crossfit back in June... I hated it. It was a chore. I use to hope my husband would come up with ANY excuse not to go... I didn't mind being sick because then I knew I could get out of going... but, then a month ago the whole family got sick. We were out of the gym for 2 weeks... I found myself missing it! Now, I have been so driven to do the crossfit workout. I want to get better... I look forward to the tougher workouts. Where did this change come from?? It's so much fun & really drives me to push myself mentally & physically. I have stopped getting on the scale daily (I used to be obsessed with my scale) & even now, when I get on, if it doesn't budge, I'm really ok with it because I make a point to measure now. Everything is smaller and more toned! I am starting to feel more confident in my skin. I bought a few pairs of tight workout pants... I've never had those before. Flairs ONLY. I love the person Crossfit is making me! :)

Definitely try it! It's so much fun!!! Do your own WODs if you don't want to commit to a Crossfit gym. They can be really pricey. My husband and I joined a World Gym that is a Crossfit affiliate, but we don't take part in the classes. We use for our workouts. We're looking into joining a Crossfit gym, though because my husband lost his balance & fell doing a front squat yesterday & dropped the weight. The owner came over and flipped out on him for dropping the weights. We wouldn't get that at a regular crossfit gym. It's encouraged to drop the weights so you don't injure yourself. Glad to see the owner of the gym cares more about his floors than he does about his participants. Totally worth joining a box in my opinion!
