*** Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight.
Here are the reasons " why I want to lose weight."
I want to able to smile each time when I look myself in the mirror.
I want to be healthy and fit. Don't want ever has to worry about high blood pressure or Diabetic.
I want to gain my self confidence.
I just want to be feels good about everything.
*what do you want to change?
I want to change all the aspect of me being over weight and how I feels about it.
I feel sluggish when my body feels heavy on me, especially after I've eaten a big meal and I hate the feeling of guilty that again I haven't able to control myself. All that of "feeling bad habit" has to go with the fat and weight when I lose. I want to be healthy and fit inside and out.
*How do you want to look?
I want to look fabulous and skinny sassy kind of girl.. I don't want to stare at my closet and fight with my clothes to find the clothe to wear. Want to able to fit and looks good on anything in my closet.
*How do you want feel?
I want to feel fabulous and fantastic and feel free to do anything I want to do.
I want to feel skinny. So I can be confident in my looks.
*What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
I can able to looks and feels good about myself. I feels when my weight go down, my value will be up. Actually not just value, my self-esteem as well.
*** I can think of many more reasons why I want to lose weight, but for now these are the main reasons I want to lose weight. There for I must work hard to achieve my goal. " let's kick it up a notch !! "
