Gazelle, 20 mins 4x week; Walking with Leslie Sansone, 3 miles 3x week; strength training every other day; alternate exercise dvd 1x per week for variety

Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods?


Do you know how to connect with your team mates?


Did you put your Winter 5% Challenge Commitment on your page?

That's my next stop! 8 pounds in 8 weeks
