I am making time to plan my schedule and to have less in it. I set better deadlines to lower my stress level. I have 2 hours per day for my goals (exercise, trainings, or classes). I set aside time on a Wednesday to plan the meals for Thursday to Wednesday. I already wrote how it helps me to have list of things I need.
I shop at the Farmer's Market on Thursday and get a 10% discount on fruits and veggies. I shop at the grocery store on Saturday morning and then on Tuesday. I try to adhere to these planned shopping days.
My housekeeper works on Mondays (basic rooms and 1 project) or Tuesdays (full living areas). I am trying to learn best procedures from her. So far it is to enjoy what you are doing and the difference your work makes!
I still use the 30 day rule list to see if I really need that purchase. Well, I try!
