Just Did It

Okay, I just finished my last Eat Clean meal, which consisted of tilapia, corn, steamed spinach, & applesauce. With this Eat Clean lifestyle, I have increased my protein intake to over 100 grams, which has always been a challenge for me. My carbs were good, but the fat was a little too low. I have to get more healthy fats into my lifestyle plan along with more fiber. Will be working on this throughout this month! However, when I tracked my food I was on the low end of my calorie intake, when I wanted to be more on the high end due to my workouts today (more on that in a little bit). Ending my day with taking my vitamins and supplements!



Right before my last meal of the day, I did another intense workout with Les Mills' Combat & ChaLean Extreme. The Combat workout I did today was HIIT Plyo! OMG! That workout was no joke, but it was good though! Thank God for the modified version. After cardio, I then did my strength training with Chalene Johnson. I ended up doing ChaLean Extreme Burn Circuit #3, which worked mainly the lower half and shoulders. I would have to say that my shoulders are my weakest area, but with my mini-challenge of doing wall push-ups and working with Chalene will definitely help to strengthen them. Lastly, I did Tony Hortons' Ab Ripper from his old Power 90 series, which I love to do. It's 10 ab exercises and you do 10 reps, which leads to 100! So, needless to say, currently, I am sore! But, in the long run, I'm going to be happy with my progress!



I chose to continue to persevere. I chose to make wise choices pertaining to my health & fitness. I chose to seize every opportunity to do the best I can. I chose to look forward and make any necessary adjustments to continue my progress! So, onward and upward!

I'm proud to say not only did I Just Do It, I Just Did It! emoticon

Now, off to bed to get my 7-8 hours of sleep! It's well deserved tonight! Good Night Sparkers!
