I was kind of munchy yesterday and today I'm seriously munchy. Like I'm full past an 8 but I still feel like eating. I'm going to go ahead and bet this is PMS. Kind of dumb that I'm 42 and still trying to figure out how things work. But you have limited data points that are pretty far apart.

See, if I blame it on PMS and then it's not, that is a problem. I guess I could also say it's winter, and I've been short on sleep and probably find other reasons, but since those reasons can happen anytime, they aren't as comforting to consider. If that makes sense.

    PMS works for me. I hate it but it has actually gotten better since losing weight. So that is the also a good thing.

    Run with PMS and it should end in a day or two.

    Since I don't have the monthly cravings to deal with anymore (and boy did I get the salty-sweets BAD), I can relate my munchies to various causes: lack of sleep, lack of sun (which a radio segment said can trigger carb cravings), habit (that evil habit of nighttime munching is trying to reclaim me, so I need to tame that beast). Good luck with your munchy beast!

    You can always find an excuse but you need to push through- and you have. Hope you're feeling more like you soon. emoticon
