Not much to say today

rough day at work. Still tired all the time. But I'm feeling more rested when I get up. so that's progress.

I haven't worked out since last week. It's starting to weigh heavily on me. Guess I'll have to blog that out tomorrow.

Tonight? Off to bed early again. I'm so tired.

    Your body is telling you to rest and that is what you should do. Give it another week and see how you feel .

    You know that exercise will eventually give you more energy. The start of the cycle is horrible though. It's so hard to start when you're so tired, even though you know that long term it's the best thing. I hope you are pain free and have more energy tomorrow.
