Back in 2006 I joined WW and really got into it. I lost 100 lbs, with lots of hard work. I worked out every day for up to 45 minutes at a time. Went to the Y, did water aerobics, bought videos,walked and ran. I even did a 5 K.
Over the past year, I have wallowed in my own stuff. I don't walk as much as I used to, don't work out as much as I did, and don't go to the Y as often as I should.
I have been trying harder, but some days, all I can do is a 10 minute video. I wonder, is there something I can say to myself to get it going again?
