A Yoga day

Today is my usual yoga day but I was so tired I didn't make it to class. I did an at home power yoga video instead but for only 18 minutes. I remember it was a time I was against gym memberships but now I really enjoy mines. When I do yoga at home I noticed I'm less willing to go 60 minutes verses going to the gym I'm more motivated to complete the class especially if its others around going the long haul.

    Sounds like you are competitive and you need others to push you. I did yoga for the first time in years last night but like you I only did 18 minutes of it on WII Biggest Loser, however I did other stuff to. Good Luck! Come Join our Biggest Loser Challenge on Working Mom's Feeling Guilty it may give you the push you need to keep going. We have challenges every Tuesday.

    In an attempt to cut expenses, I dropped out of the Y. I was not motivated to go there so it was a waste of money. I do miss the pool though!

One must do what works for them and not compare themselves to what others do.
