Since I forgot the sheet I track my progress on, I will have to post the recap of my January goals when I get home. In the meantime, I did come up with some goals for February, taking into consideration that I am on vacation for 2 of the 4 weeks.
1. Track and stay in range 20/28 days
2. 800 fitness minutes
3. Read at least 15 min/day
4. Yoga 2x a week
5. Blog 1x a week
6. Complete Book Club February Challenge
These will keep me focused, but still allow for a little freedom while I am away from home. We are doing a lot of walking/hiking and I did bring resistance bands to keep up with light strength training for the Book Club Feb. Challenge. When I get home, I will begin my training for the 5K I will be doing in April and also get back into some of my more challenging workouts.
