Woohoo! Almost to the half way mark. Finally able to do the Core Cardio and Balance workout in it's entirety today! My shoulders are only slightly sore, not enough to bother me today. Haha, I thought I had great balance until I had to do some of these moves... I am going to be sore tomorrow, but the workout was a lot of fun!
I am doing a really good job of letting the workouts be a stress reliever for me, especially after I get home from work. I am finished with day 2 of 6 of my long week. I was very naughty with eating today... not in the sense that I ate bad... in the sense I didn't eat at all. I wasn't able to eat breakfast or take a proper lunch today. I was able to squeeze in eating a Greek yogurt and a cheese stick really quick at my desk. So I am going to be extremely low on my calories today... not good! Tomorrow is a new day, probably equally as stressful, but you know what... I got this!
