Assignment 3 - my goals

I want to have a BMI under 30.
I want not to have this belly overhang. I want to wear a sleeveless top without fat balls under my arms. Is that shallow?
My goals include to decrease my chances of developing hypertension- since I had pregnancy induced hypertension and have a family history, I am high risk.
I don't want to be limited in my mobility or not be able to do what I want - be it climb to Machu Picchu or complete another 13.1.
And on the other side of the challenge I want to hold my head up and say that I really did it.

( as an aside, I had a work meeting today with a dinner. I ate pretty well but did have a piece of pie. I made myself write it all in the tracker. The result? Over by only one calorie! emoticon It's 2030 but I will not eat more before bed - I'm too happy I didn't go WAY over)

    I do not think it is shallow. Have fun and work hard during the 5% Challenge.

    See you in the airport! I hate meetings and in your place would have succumbed to more than a piece of pie, so I think your restraint is phenomenal!
