So it ngmy sparkpage ready, re-stocking my pantry and frig. so they are a bit more healthy, making sure I've found the dvd's and workouts I want to focus on, and most important, getting myself psyched into making this the greatest challenge yet! I've taken part in at least 4, lost a couple of pounds each time, and inevitably gained it back if I'm not careful. I really blew it over the holidays and put several pounds back on, so now I've got even more to lose before my goal of 200 is reached! I really look forward to this thing getting started-it's totally terrific having a team (I'm a Determined Daisy) and all the teammates to support you during the struggles of losing weight. The 8 wks. of the challenge are an intense time, but they are such a blessing-bring on the challenge!
