It's been roughly 95 days or so - just remembered 97 days to be exact.
The weight training class has really helped with my bum right shoulder.
I haven't been able to fit in the Yoga as much since my first priority is
cardio and weights. Sometimes it feels like all I am doing is working out,
prepping my food, and carting the little one to activities.
My photography business is seriously suffering... It's definitely my next point of focus.
My weight fluctuated back and forth since my last weight ins. Up a few pounds then back down. I know it's hormonal and mostly water weight but it was hard to see those numbers on the scale when I had been so good with my food and exercise.
This morning I was 124. I'm not going to let that upset me because my weight has been up and down the last 3+months. I'm not going to believe the scale. The weight will come off with proper diet and exercise.
Otherwise I have been good. Somedays I get the munchies so terrible. I've been creative in finding low calorie foods that are tasty and satisfying. I will make a list for my next check in. I have 4 more weeks to lost 4 pounds. My goal was to get to 120 by March 1. It's very very close. Could go either way.
