It has been quite the long last 4 days, pretty much no motivation. I did help my dad go through his belongings this weekend though to get rid of some of it that he didn't need, but no real exercise. Ate balanced meals though still even with SuperBowl Sunday. Not the healthiest, but still within range, have no idea how I managed that. But yes I got off my butt this morning, this cold and cough have been kicking my butt, so after only a couple of hours of sleep the night before last...yesterday definitely wasn't going to happen for anything. Today...not a lot of exercise, washed a couple loads of dishes, did about 3 loads of laundry, scrubbed my table, vacuumed all the rooms in the house, and got in 30 minutes of my Leslie Sansone DVD plus about 20 minutes of random strength training. So eh, slow day, but need to up it. Just can't wait for my tax return, going to pick up new weights that are heavier, and a treadmill, who knows maybe I can get my mom's elliptical from her, she can't use it. That would all help. And if only the weather would warm up, me and my youngest could go for our country walks, she is really missing them as much as me. But I haven't updated much the last few days, just down on energy, and not feeling the best. My dad is fully moved in with us now, for a couple of months, so a little extra crowded. Very self conscious working out in front of any one except my husband, not even my kids. Probably weird. Would love to be able to go to a gym, if only gas prices were cheaper and we could afford a membership and the time for me to go. We're still working on the house next door to us, been trying to get the plumbing and electrical squared away, plus need to fix the roof over the bathroom, install new walls, plus new cupboards in the kitchen. A long way to go yet, but at least we only have to walk next door and whether it's 10 minutes or 5 hours we're able to do what we can...gotta love living on a budget. Well I guess I should stop ranting. By the way, thank you for all who have been thinking of me. Still getting there on weight loss, but need to kick it up a notch and really get some pounds and inches gone. Wishing everyone a wonderful blessed week.
Oh I have heard about Chia seeds being good for you and helping you lose weight, or is it one of those that are only 1/2 true? Good night everyone.
