My husband gets home from work around 9pm every night, eats dinner and then heads for bed around 10 or 11. I can't fall asleep until he comes to bed or, if I do fall asleep, he wakes me up when he gets home/ messes around on the computer/ comes to bed. This wouldn't be a big deal, but I babysit a 5 month old baby girl every morning starting at 5am, have a 2 year old boy and 4 year old girl of my own, and work from home. I am EXHAUSTED and am having a very hard time finding a time of day to work out when I can barely make it though the basics. So, I guess my question is- Does anyone have any advice on how to get more energy? Little tricks you do? Supplements? There have to be other mothers who have faced this and won. P.s.- I see moms at my daughters school who look like they have walked out of a magazine called "perky with a side of laughter" so I know you exist! I'll take any advice I can get. Thanks :)
