Can't imagine why... though it might have something to do with the 7+ hours of fitness I indulged in yesterday. Ya think? LOL! All I wanted to do all day was go back to bed, but I stuck to my routine. My niece and I walked the dog for almost 2 hours this morning. He also got another hour long walk this afternoon and half an hour this evening. There is a good reason he is such a calm dog... I walk him a lot. I also did 100 squats, and some pushups, sit ups and planks. Other than that I sat and read for quite a while. I wish I were one of those people who can nap during the day. The idea seems heavenly, but the attempts are futile and frustrating for me. I am scheduled for a 30 minute run tomorrow. I think I can handle that. I usually push a little farther once I get going, but I will do at least 30 minutes. I probably won't spend as much time on the bike either. I want to focus more on the ST tomorrow. I am making progress with the weights, but I am not where I want to be yet, so I will keep pushing. Now I am just rambling... Good night all!
