Wonderful day!

Day 2 has been a success! It was such a beautiful day out and I feel so happy with this life changing decision of making myself healthier! I am sad that I waited so long to do something so simple but glad I finally took the leap. I have a set menu for the rest of the week and I am a little scared I will get tired of eating the same things so I will be looking up recipes and planning my shopping for next week a little better and more variety! Going to go workout tonight and I am very excited to get my sweat on lol. Night everyone!
