I almost feel like a yo-yo dieter.

Up and down, up and down, let me off this roller coaster!!
I know that I am not always accurate in keeping up with what I eat, nor am I good about making the healthiest if choices. I do try though. I also know that we are financially strapped so at times I have to choose the less expensive which is often the less healthy choice. I do this not because I want to, but because that is what we can afford.
Right now I know that some of my roller coaster ride is due to the fact that I am out of my thyroid pills. That problem I hope to remedy next week after my visit to the doctor.
I also should start doing more exercise. Okay, you got me, I should actually start exercising. I get some at work, especially truck days. I do get a work out when I unload my pallet.
This week I should be able to get some exercise tomorrow on my day off. I should also get some things done around the house tomorrow. The past few days off the kids have been out of school due to the weather, and this week they won't be! Yay!
At least now I have more motivation. A couple of girls at work have also decided to lose some weight. So we are all trying now. I am trying to get them to join Spark.
