As an assignment I am listing the reasons I want to lose weight. I thought that this would be an easy task. However, it is not so easy. What are my reasons for losing weight? Is it vanity? Is it for my various health problems? I realized that this task was more difficult than I thought. There are so many reasons but I will limit it to 10.

I want to lose weight so I can:

1. Feel better about myself
2. Reverse some of my heart issues
3. Have more energy
4. Feel healthy
5. Not feel embarrassed in clothes that are form fitting
6. Get rid of my muffin top
7. Have lean muscle
8. Fit into the smaller clothes in my closet
9. Feel better in my clothes
10. Have a healthy BMI
