So I started off strong, doing good my first few weeks back. Then i derailed. One day turned into a week. I realized that the longer i went the easier the excuses. My excuse was well I couldn't get to the Y that day so it was a reason to not track my food and so on. Realization that it went with other areas too. It made me lazy all around. The dishes could wait or the laundry. Well I wasn't the best today with my food, but not horrible and I forced myself to go to the Y and I hated getting on the treadmill. I always do for about the first half then the rhythm sets in. Unfortunately when its busy there is a half hour limit. But I did it and I feel good. I am going to try getting up early some morning and do a wake up kettle bell work out, after all i have the equipment and the DVDs to go with it. Maybe my days at work will be better. Here's to taking it one day at a time and not giving up because ya screw up now and again!!!
