Each day I list the goals for the day. I am careful not to make too many but enough to keep me busy. It helps not to be sitting infront of the boob tube and munching on goodies. I did it for two days and it seems to be working for me now.

    I need to get back into that habit. I have a b ad habit of sitting in front of the computer with the tv on in the background and spending way too much time doing it.
