Today's assignment is to list the reasons I want to lose weight. So, here we go:
1) I want to feel healthy about myself.
2) I want to feel confident about myself.
3) I want to walk up a flight of stairs without feeling winded.
4) I want to shop in the misses section and not the women's.
5) I don't want the plus sized phrase referring to me any longer.
6) I see myself taking longer walks with my dogs.
7) I see myself dating again.
8) I see myself looking great in a little red dress I own.
9) I don't want to hide under over-sized clothing any longer.
10) I just want to return to the person I was 5 years ago.
