Being responsible to Myself!

Tuesday, February 05, 2013

I am who I am. I want to be a better person. I want to be healthier! I want to live!
I stopped being responsible for my well being & now it's time to change that!

Been doing good with Spark People- tracking & educating & learning to laugh at myself.
I'm searching for new Drs- a Cardiologist, Diabetes Dr, Nutritionist...just to start.
Medicare is great at helping you do this- when you move or anytime you just want a new care provider. Medicare help is available 24/7! I learned this today, who knew?

I am settling in at my sister's very nicely....I love being here with family...my sis works all day so I don't see her til evening. Our daughter is at school all day. My sister tells me to relax.
I'm here alone all day...not use to the quiet. No pets, no noise. Gives me time to reflect & meditate.
Today I've felt sluggish, with sniffles. May go emergency tonight or tomorrow to address earaches, & fatigue. Seems I'm always tired.
I am becoming more responsible to me!

Time to make dinner- homemade Chicken Noodle Soup! Yummy & healthy! emoticon
Bless you all! emoticon

I'm glad you're all settled in. Quiet time sometimes is over rated, but there is a point in time you need that to listen better to yourself and your body. I'm glad you are getting that. I hope you feel better soon. I'm a little ways off yet from Medicare, but they are good. My dad has had MANY health problems and between them and his AARP supplement he hasn't had to pay a penny out of pocket for the last several years. That adds up to a LOT of saved money for him. :) Hugs!

You've sounded situated nicely in to your sister house. Hope the move wasn't too tired.
Chicken soup sounded great. Enjoy!!
