Yikes... Pancakes

Tuesday, February 05, 2013

Need prayer IHOP is having all you can eat pancakes tonight trying to pass but so tempted. I have been doing well for 2 weeks too early to get off the train now plus I indulged during super bowl weekend so I think I will send the hubby and the kiddos andstay home where it is safe and calorie non threatening.

If you are too tempted just don't go. I LOVE pancakes but I make them at home all the time and have gotten used to eating more healthy ones.

hahaha.... oh geez. Why not make yourself some soy-flour pancakes for about 1/4 the calories of regular pancakes? Or just go and enjoy one or two pancakes slowly and watch your calories. I'm a binge-eater so I couldn't go at all :P Best of luck on your journey!!!

I ate there last night and had the wheat and blueberry pancakes which I am sure do not fall under the free category. Send the family to the crazy free pancake mad house and stay home, take advantage of the quiet and do your nails!
