Well it's been a long process, but refocused with the new year, after months of research and trial and error seems like I found my method for weight loss. Switched back to a whole foods vegan diet after years of eating meat and processed food. I now only eat whole organic vegan foods, lots and lots of veggies, juicing, and just got a food dehydrator for things like yummy fruit leathers. I have a great support system and my boyfriend continually cheers me on, keeping me going. There's still a lot more to do, but losing almost 20lbs now has given me a lot of momentum in the right direction, before no matter what I did I would lose a little then gain it back...doing the same exact thing. My body was in chaos, seems like its starting to behave now. It will be a life long process, but my main concern now is just being healthy, weight loss is just a wonderful side effect.
