Neglected to post again yesterday...probably because I was so disgusted with myself!
emoticon
But not disgusted enough to stop myself from eating junk!

But I've been really busy today, actually doing some legal work for my mom! It's 5:39PM and I've yet to eat!!!

NOT GOOD!

I have had at least 64 oz of tea...on my second glass. I carry around the huge plastic mug I got from Panda Express. I think it's 64 oz since I got it so long ago...now with the drink police you can't get glasses this big any more.

UPDATE:
It's after 10:00 PM so I wanted to write this down before I forget. I finally ate a bowl of homemade soup & noodles after 7:30. I couldn't even eat the entire bowl!

I knew that I needed to eat more tho, so I waited about 10 minutes and finished it. But this is what aggravates me more than anything:
I KNOW I'M NOT HUNGRY, in fact I feel stuffed, YET I FEEL THIS UNCONTROLLABLE URGE TO EAT!
emoticon
WTH is going on??
emoticon
At least this time I had a "Big-e-pak" of Orbit White Bubblemint gum on hand, thanks to M.
emoticon emoticon
There were 60 pieces in it...I probably chewed 20!

Skipping meals is bad, hon. Your stomach will shrink just enough that a small amount of food will feel like too much.

Not to mention, if you skip too often, your body could go into what I call "survival mode" and will store every single ounce of fat because it doesn't know when the next meal is coming. That's how I gained the majority of my weight. I was so depressed and stressed out about my dad that I would forget to eat for a day at a time...sometimes two.

You've gotta find your balance! (Which, I understand is difficult for MANY reasons.)

Love you!

You have to be sure you are sated; otherwise, your body will keep telling you it need more.

It's definitely not good to skip too many meals. You tend to binge eat when you finally do get your hands on some food! lol But just keep pushing and you'll get there. Don't beat yourself up, but don't take it too easy either. Focus and planning are the keys!
