Well, Here are the reasons so far that I want to lose weight.
1- I want to improve my health.
2- I want to have more energy to do more things.
3-I want to be able to wear nicer clothes and not have to shop in the larger sizes.
4-I want to be able to walk fast without getting out of breath.
5-to be able to live a longer, healthier life.
