2013 5% Winter Challenge Assignment 3

Over the past two years I have lost 39 pounds and regained 18 of those pounds. I got back on track in January and re-lost three pounds. As a warm up to the 5% Winter Challenge I need to think through what I want to accomplish from this challenge. For this challenge I hope to lose 9 pounds or about 5% of my weight.

What do you want to change? I want to quit my nighttime snacking and lose some pounds.

How do you want to look? I want to look normal, not be the "fat" one.

How do you want to feel? I do not want my weight to be a factor in decisions.

What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Play with my grandchildren and buy clothes from the regular racks.

    im not apart of this challenge but if you don't mind me answerin these questions...

    what do I want to change? I want to quit eating from bordom and stress.

    how do you want to look? comfortable in my own skin

    how do you want to feel? confident

    what things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? buy a bathing suit.
