Over the past two years I have lost 39 pounds and regained 18 of those pounds. I got back on track in January and re-lost three pounds. As a warm up to the 5% Winter Challenge I need to think through what I want to accomplish from this challenge. For this challenge I hope to lose 9 pounds or about 5% of my weight.
What do you want to change? I want to quit my nighttime snacking and lose some pounds.
How do you want to look? I want to look normal, not be the "fat" one.
How do you want to feel? I do not want my weight to be a factor in decisions.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Play with my grandchildren and buy clothes from the regular racks.
