Excuses for not working out

My biggest excuse is, that I'm too tired to work out.
But when I think that I try to rembember how good and energized I feel after working out and think "I can always take a nap afterwards."

  During the week working out in the morning is easy for me. but I always have trouble in weekends.

  I find that if I wake up early and exercise in the morning before work, it's easier to overcome that excuse. In the afternoon, well not so much.
