New week

Well, last week was a partial success. I didn't get to write as often as I wanted, but I did fairly well with my exercise, and about 50 percent on logging my food. Not perfect, but not too bad considering it was the first week. I'm striving more for consistency than perfection, and I refuse to beat myself up about my failures anymore.

Today was fun...I gave myself a break from the January Jumpstart workouts and just did several of the workouts I've posted on Pinterest. Totally new and refreshing. It's nice to shake up the routine from time to time.
