Today was the pre-op doctor visit. My weight is down since the other doctor last week. YAY! How I hate prednisone weight gain. Now to keep pushing it down.
My blood pressure was perfect again.
I have the ok to go ahead with the out patient surgery / procedure. I am glad it will be a Friday so I can have the weekend to rest up (scheduled for the 15th).
I won't get to see my grandson tomorrow, that visit will be next Wednesday instead, but we still meet with our attorney and the state workers tomorrow regarding custody.
Today I made a tentative daily schedule for work days and non-work days so that I can become a little more productive. Yes, I am fitting in official exercise in there, as well as writing time, and down time. I did not figure out about the days that don't fit the norm. I think I will just allow for those to happen, because they do.
Work was slow, so I mainly got to listen to audio books. Fantasy. and something I can't remember. I got to listen to the last CD on two books. I like knowing how things end, so that bode well with me.
Tonight - I am tired. Not sure if it is because my fueling was not the greatest today, or not. After work I went to the doctor, then to the second hand store for some clothes for my son, and on to wally world. In the middle of the latter, I wore out. I got a couple groceries, and stuff for the upstairs bathroom - new hand towels and wash cloths, bathroom cleaner, soap, toilet tissue. Then I was just too tired to take a look at the child proof stuff I know we will need for our cupboards. Next time. Not today. Now it is time to chillax. Tomorrow will be an early morning with our meetings scheduled.
Breakfast - oatmeal with apples, coffee.
morning snack - coffee
lunch - oatmeal pecan bar
Supper - corn tortillas / tacos, milk
snack later - an apple, fruit dip, perhaps yogurt.
