C25K Week 3 Day 1

This week really worried me. It started out with the 5 minute warm up walk. That is all good. Easy breezy beautiful, walking girl. And then running for 90 seconds and then walking for 90 seconds. Once again, no big deal. I can handle that. And THEN, oh this then was the part that made me a little nervous, I had to RUN for 3 minutes. Three of them. I was going to do it though. So, I put on the quest metal, strapped on the shoes and went for it. Oh I should say that I didn't have to just run for 3 minutes once. Nope, after the three minutes of running, there was three minutes of walking. An then 90 seconds of running again. And THEN three minute of RUNNING again. So, in the walk, there was 6 minutes of running. *pant*

Guess what? I did it. I was panting. I was sweating. The legs feel it, oh yes they do. But I *DID* it. And, I kind of loved it! :)

It feels so good to keep pushing through things that are harder. To change your body you have to work for it. I am willing to do the work. Are you?

    I am right with you as soon as my womens issues calm down. then I have a date with the treadmill and elliptical can not wait!!!!!
