Having the sun out is great. It just brightens up the whole day. It's cold out, but the sun makes it feel just a little bit warmer. Yestarday I got all my goals done. I didn't put down any exercise down so I didn't get any done. Yestarday was my rest day. I did stay below the 2000 calorie mark though. I also got quite a bit of my other goals done, which feels pretty good.
My goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
