Oh how I wish I'd read this in the morning. I was ready for a nap and desperate to go home by 2pm, lol! I did take a few minutes to close my eyes in Viparita Karani (with legs up the filing cabinet) at work and breath until I felt my collar bone open and my shoulders settle back onto the floor. I closed my eyes and enjoyed lying there ... and then REALLY wanted to go home to bed :)
